Today we were visited by Mr. Tingxi Huo and Ms. Jia Li from the firm Chofn International IP. Along with introducing their firm, they provided us with an explanation about the new policy changes with respect to non-use cancellation actions, case examples of marks that were considered in violation of the Prohibited Use Marks clause, and other potential revision points currently being considered. We also discussed some details concerning Customs protections, all of which were items of great interest.
