Today we had a visit from Ms. Anca Draganescu-Pinawin, founder of the Swiss boutique firm araucaria point sàrl. She gave us some tips on things to be aware of with filings in Switzerland and presented us with some of the more unique aspects of Swiss rulings in recent trademark examinations and cases. She also provided us with some examples of data protection, privacy and compliance, which is also a prime focus of her firm. After our meeting, we continued our discussion over a Robata-yaki dinner.
