Ms. Jiang Ling and Ms. Yang Fan from KING & WOOD MALLESONS (China) visited our office. They clarified for us some of the upcoming changes to the Trademark Law in China that are slated to take effect on November 1, 2019. We also discussed a variety of other topics such as non-use cancellation actions, lawsuits and the re-filing of applications.
